Find Your People. Discover Hope & Salvation

Here at Eastside, we believe in the youth and in God’s purposes for their lives.

Our heart is that you find a place where you belong, make lifelong friends, and encounter the hope and salvation found in Jesus.

YOUTH SERVICE TIMES

Friday: 19:00 - 21:00
Sunday: 9:00 - 10:30

who is welcome?

All students in Grades 7 – 12

What to expect when you arrive

Friday Nights are our FUN nights – we kick off at 7 pm, but feel free to get here early and enjoy some coffee and a snack and meet a new friend. Our desire for Friday Night is for it to be a place where you can take a breath and find friends who love Jesus. Sunday morning is a time for community building and groups. We meet in our Chapel for a time of Word, Worship and Hangs.

What happens at Youth?

A typical service involves a fun, large group game to break the ice, and we will then have one of our youth leaders or Pastor Samora share a Word, usually as part of a series. We are a revival-spirited group, and so we make a lot of time for prayer – for one another and for ourselves and our city.

Do I have to be a Christian to join you?

No! You can belong before you believe. Come through – we’d love to meet you!

Who can attend Eastside Youth?

All students in Grades 7–12 are welcome, whether they attend Eastside Church or not. Friends are always encouraged to join!

Weekly youth nights are free. Some special events (like camps or outings) may have a cost, but we always keep it affordable and will let parents know well in advance.

Our youth pastor and trained volunteer team lead the program. All leaders are committed Christians and passionate about mentoring young people.

Yes! Safety is a top priority. Leaders are present and supervising at all times. All volunteers are trusted members of the church, and where needed, background checks are completed.

What happens on a typical Friday night?

Each week includes fun games, music, a short Bible-based message, and small group time for discussion and connection. We aim to make it engaging, safe, and faith-building.

We share updates through our youth WhatsApp group and Sunday announcements. Parents can also contact the youth pastor anytime with questions.

Parents are welcome to volunteer at special events, help with transport, or support by praying for the ministry.
